Kensington introduced the RDS FM Transmitter/Car Charger for iPod, the newest addition to its line of FM Transmitters for the iPod.

The Kensington RDS FM Transmitter allows song and artist information from the iPod to be transmitted to the display of an RDS enabled car radio. It also takes advantage of ClearFM technology, which transmits the clearest audio signal from the iPod to a nearby car stereo. It has three memory pre-sets for instant station selection. The Kensington RDS FM Transmitter enables use of the iPod LCD to display station information.

The RDS FM Transmitter/Car Charger for iPod carries a suggested retail price of $89.99, and will be available in July.
