After being spread around the Internet by bloggers, the Power Point slide presentation was taken down by Google. The information which reached the media by mistake has not been confirmed by any Google officials as they had no intention of making it public.

The idea could find a great deal of supporters but the bandwidth constraints for users with low speed Internet access seems to be a problem. There is also the matter of privacy to be taken into consideration. How secure would users document be when saved on Google’s computers. So far Google has offered its computers for partial data text storage. Having a Google account, users may access data from another machine’s local computer.
