4D Inc., maker of an integrated software platform that speeds up and simplifies the process of developing and deploying business applications, announced the release of 4D Ajax For Dreamweaver v11, a plug-in for Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 that inserts 4D Ajax objects into standard web pages.

4D Ajax for Dreamweaver v11 has been updated to include support for 4D’s newest 4D Ajax objects, Dashboards and Dashboard Charts. These customizable objects allow developers and designers alike to integrate business intelligence applications into new or existing websites with minimal effort.

Without writing any new code, developers can use Dreamweaver’s visual editing capabilities and 4D Ajax for Dreamweaver to drop in Ajax elements to dynamic web pages. Each element integrates the latest live data, whether from 4D or ODBC-connected back-end or even integrating 3rd party data as a mashup.

4D Ajax For Dreamweaver v11 requires Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, 4D v11 SQL Release 1 (11.1) or 4D 2004.7+, and 4D Web 2.0 Pack v11. 4D Ajax for Dreamweaver v11 is free for all registered 4D Web 2.0 Pack users.
